The foiling gybe is a beautiful thing, the feeling of being balanced on the foil, carving around, your kite dancing over head. But that this is only one part, the carve, a full gybe really consists of the carve, riding toeside and finally the foot change. Or the reverse, starting with a foot change, riding toeside and then the carve around to heelside.
